Senior Business Systems AnalystLocation: Hopkins, MN (Hybrid) Duration: 12 MonthsThe client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support key technology initiatives. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping define requirements, design functional architecture, and ensure successful implementation of applications. The Analyst will play a critical role in process improvement, system analysis, testing, training, and ongoing user support.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a consultant and liaison to internal business groups, building strong relationships with stakeholders and technology teamsPartner with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and functional needsCollaborate with application development teams to design and define functional architecture solutionsMaintain a detailed understanding of current business systems, technology, and infrastructure from a functional perspectiveProvide guidance on business impacts related to system enhancements and development projectsLead or support process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and resultsParticipate in application implementation, including user training, documentation, and rollout supportServe as the first point of contact for user support, issue investigation, and problem resolution related to system functionalityInvestigate, analyze, and resolve application and system issues, coordinating with technical teams as neededManage or support routine projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectivesWork closely with business lines, management, and internal resources to ensure successful project and release executionReview, validate, and contribute to test plans to ensure adequate functional coverageCoordinate and/or execute testing activities and identify opportunities to improve testing processesRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, preferably in a senior or lead capacityStrong experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder collaborationAbility to translate business needs into functional and technical solutionsExperience supporting application development, testing, and implementation effortsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with business and technical teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with the ServiceNow ecosystem is a plus, but not requiredExperience working in a hybrid or enterprise technology environment
