Job Purpose

This position requires a highly adaptable and analytical professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision. The role is responsible for supporting business operations through strong communication, technical proficiency, and a continuous improvement mindset. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes and systems, leveraging business analytics tools to drive insights, and partnering with stakeholders to support operational objectives.

The position requires strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple assignments and competing demands. Success in this role depends on the ability to develop and support others, demonstrate patience and professionalism, and maintain a customer-focused approach. A solid understanding of business policies, procedures, and practices is essential, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, databases, project management tools, and other business software. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and committed to identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and team effectiveness

Key Accountabilities

  • Create business dashboards and maintain various monthly reporting items
  • Analyze business reporting and perform root cause analysis
  • Build, deploy and analyze customer surveys
  • Create business cases for Senior Leadership
  • Perform various fleet and reliability tracking activities
  • Prepare cost models and forecasting projects for internal business units
  • Assist departments in KPI creation and maintenance
  • Assist departments in KPI creation and maintenance
  • Lead efforts in maintaining data integrity and cleanliness
  • Become Customer Service POC for competitive intelligence
  • Identify process improvements to enhance business productivity

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree from a four-year college or university in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Data Science or a related field is required.

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years experience working with aircraft OEMs, airlines, consultancy firms, MRO organizations or 135 operators through projects/internship/co-op program or previous directly related experience in Business Operations, Parts Logistics, Senior leadership liaison, Contracts or Business Development through projects/internship/co-op program

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and foster positive relationships.

  • Ability to mobilize teams cross functionally and influence decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in Business English (read, write, speak)
  • Strong messaging skills for conveying strategic decisions and explorations
  • Possess strong organization/time management skills, with a focus on project management methodology.
  • Must be results oriented with strong decision making ability to include negotiation and conflict resolution skills, along with strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills needed (Microsoft Suite, Visio) - Preferred skills: (R, Python, Business Objects, Salesforce)

Working Conditions

  • Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
  • Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
  • Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).
  • Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
  • Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
  • Effectively communicate in Business English language.
  • Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
  • Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided “reach assistance technology” or “movement assist technology” (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly’s, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties
