Business Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Drive requirement clarity and contribute to successful product delivery by bridging business and technology teams.
• Create and maintain requirement artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams using basic technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integrations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirement gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucid chart.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Additional Information:

• Work from home option due to time of work.
• Work hours: 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST.
