We are unable to sponsor at this timeRequirementsD365 resource with manufacturing experienceBPMN 2.0 experience is a major plusSalesforce experience is a plusERP knowledge is a must (moving from AS400 to Dynamics 365)Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience5-7 years of experience as a BA or in IT roles involving direct interaction with business leadership5+ years of experience with leading or participating in business change initiativesResponsibilitiesWork across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, business analyst team, process owners, and project managersPartner with business leaders to identify and address opportunities for business improvement with the right technology solutionsResearch, create, maintain, and improve business processes either enterprise-wide or within a specific business unitEvaluate and recommend opportunities for process improvements through information technology solutions or operational changesDevelop expertise in data sources and reporting needs for assigned functional areas and document data flowDevelop functional expertise in future-state Winnebago applications such as ERPDefine, document, and prioritize business needs and requirements with the businessEstablish user test criteria and perform and coordinate user testingLead the development and delivery of user trainingAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT business analystsProvide ongoing communication to the business on project status and operational performanceCoordinate the resolution of significant issues with the broader IT functionAct as a team/project lead on designated projects or assignmentsCollaborate with business partners at all levels across the organization to drive business transformational effortsProvide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate groupLead through influence at peer and executive levels
