Business Analyst for Field Service and Construction Project domain

Job TitleAn experienced consultant with following desired experience:Field Service ManagementStrong understanding of Equipment, Personnel deployment processes during Installation, Maintenance & Repair operations in Industrial Equipment area. Understanding of guidelines and policies for efficient service deployment.Construction Project ManagementService Agreements, Time and materials work orders, resource related billing, and construction project managementDigital & IOTMust: Hands on experience on any Service Management Technology platform VIZ: service Max, Astea, SAP etc. Understanding of how technology toolkits can support digital enablement of Field Service processes.

Ability to work with technology teams to improve quality of solution. Assist teams in testing solution (functional), ensure problem solution fitment & suggest improvements.InterpersonalStrong communication skills (written & oral) Ability to work with senior client stakeholders to ensure seamless communication Ability to work with different teams to ensure smooth & seamless program delivery Willingness to travel to client locations at short notice Candidates requiring visa sponsorship WILL NOT be considered at this time.
