Business Analyst for Data Science

To support the Data Science department, the full-time remote Business Analyst for Data Science will manage requirements and process management, build and maintain dashboards for data science model portfolios, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Bring structure to data science and analytics teams' Jira boards, reducing administrative burdens Build and maintain dashboards that track data science models, their status, and upcoming work Serve as a key point of contact between department leadership and data science/analytics teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a technical environment Proficiency with Jira for requirements gathering and backlog management Experience with dashboard/reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI General understanding of data science/model concepts to translate technical status into business updates
