Managing and executing financial pay cycles for multiple Medicaid clients, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Financial Operations will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payments while maintaining high data integrity standards. Key Responsibilities: Run and monitor pay cycles for multiple Medicaid clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing Validate pay cycle data to confirm accuracy and compliance with Medicaid regulations Research and troubleshoot discrepancies, resolving issues promptly to maintain smooth operations Required Qualifications: Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare or Medicaid Proficiency in data analysis and troubleshooting financial discrepancies 6+ months of experience with SQL Server, including reading and writing queries Ability to manage multiple pay cycles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Accounting background is a plus
