Operational support and delivery of new business demand, establishing priorities and alignment to business strategic objectives, ensuring delivery approaches and technology solutions result in business value and benefits realization. As a point of escalation for stakeholders to help build a strong IT-Business relationship. Insight of system capability to support key decisions with process improvement and/or reengineering.

Requirements working with business partners and creates conceptual prototypes and mock-ups. Business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques per methodology.

With Change Management practices.Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesPrevious experience as Business Analyst supporting billing process or/and software applications. Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology. Previous experience in utility industry is highly desired. Above average Excel knowledge is preferred. Bachelor's degree is a minimum educational requirement.
