This role will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, supporting testing efforts, and providing project and change management support throughout the lifecycle.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Leading and managing business analysis workstreams or deliverables with defined outcomesIdentifying, documenting, and improving business processes, workflows, issues, metrics, and value driversConducting interviews and workshops to gather and refine business requirementsPerforming in-depth analysis and documentation of current ("as-is") processes and capabilitiesSupporting the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and validationDeveloping and maintaining other key project documentationSupporting go-live activities including data conversion, training, help desk readiness, and site logisticsAssisting with change management, stakeholder communications, and adoption planningContributing to PMO support functions such as:Project time trackingStatus and work plan updatesService metric reportingGeneral administrative project tasksMust-Have Qualifications:7+ years of professional experience as a Business AnalystProven experience in managing end-to-end business analysis for large-scale IT projectsStrong understanding of business process modeling, documentation, and analysis techniquesExperience in test planning and test execution managementStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and project/task tracking systemsExperience supporting change management and go-live planningPreferred Experience:Experience with State Government or Public Sector IT projectsPrior experience with transportation or crash reporting systems is a plusFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies
