Business Systems AnalystBusiness Systems Analyst in the Digital space – mobile side of things. Hiring 2 or 3 Business Analysts, more mid to senior level. Will be working primarily with UI developers and mobile developers (4 or 5 UI developers and 2 mobile developers on team).
Working on both new and existing products - Sales part would be new, service would be ongoing and around digital product and offerings. Sales and service all online – folks who have a digital background – app development or e-commerce. These analysts will bridge the gap between product investment squad/what we are selling client, how putting client’s money to work and development team.Required Skills: • Hybrid technical/functional BA o Can work with both development teams and UX design teams • Must have experience with digital products – ideally mobile applications o Experience in build and roll-out of mobile apps • Experience with both new and existing products • Agile story writing • Use cases, user stories • End to End Storyboarding • A/B testing • Ability to work with developers – understand problems, what users may need, issues they may come across and communicate that • Experience in communications/marketing – what words to use, how to best abbreviate to fit on screen
