Business Analyst - Data Developer

Salary: $135,200 - 141,440 per year Requirements:

• Expertise in data analysis, requirements gathering, and healthcare data
• Comfortable communicating with business and technical stakeholders to build shared understanding and develop collaborative solutions
• Experience participating in requirements and solution review sessions for data platform implementations
• Ability to present requirements analysis to management and technical, analytical, and business stakeholders

• Plan, develop, and document detailed functional, technical, and business requirements for projects of varying complexity
• Prepare business and technical documentation for development teams and end users
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback throughout project lifecycles
• Contribute to project plans using established PMO standards and procedures, and communicate delivery milestones based on capacity and priorities
• Deliver solutions on time and in line with requirements and expectations
• Investigate, design, and implement business solutions, including major upgrades and enhancements to existing solutions
• Perform complex data analysis and translate business needs into data solutions
• Support data training so users understand the Data Platform and BI reports, and cross-train peers in relevant subject matter and technical areas
• Work with architects, developers, project managers, and analysts to present requirements and develop use cases
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements in collaboration with technical teams
• Gather and understand user requirements and business activities
• Own tasks and follow-up related to MassHealth cloud data services requirements, and establish documented best practices and processes for Data Modernization efforts

The posted hourly wage range is $65–$68; the eventual rate is determined through a comprehensive salary analysis that may consider job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education, experience, internal comparisons, and market and business factors.
