Business Analyst (Credit Card)We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Credit Card team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and ensuring the efficient functioning of credit card operations.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to credit card operations.Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand the needs of various business units.Analyze credit card data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing credit card processes.Evaluate existing credit card processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of credit card systems and applications.Collaborate on the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.Analyze credit card transactions and identify potential risks.Collaborate with risk management teams to develop strategies for mitigating credit-related risks.Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that credit card operations comply with relevant laws and standards.Work with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary changes.Prepare and present regular reports on credit card performance and key metrics.Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the credit card or financial services industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of credit card processes, payment systems, and industry regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Familiarity with project management methodologies.
