To support business analysis needs for Managed Care Administration, the contract Business Analyst - Continuous Improvement will gather and document business and functional requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders while working remotely with two weeks of on-site training in Sacramento, CA. Key responsibilities Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and evaluate business requirements Perform workflow analysis, process mapping, and develop use cases to document functional specifications Collaborate with business relationship owners and IS delivery teams to translate requirements into system and process solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation Proficiency in standard analysis tools and applications such as presentation and spreadsheet software Ability to work independently with moderate direction and collaborate across departments Experience with workflow analysis and data flow modeling
