Supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS) remotely, the full-time Business Analyst (CMS-HIOS) will manage operations and maintenance, production support, and user engagement while translating business needs into actionable requirements within an Agile delivery team. Key responsibilities Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements from CMS stakeholders Support incident analysis and defect resolution while collaborating with technical teams to enhance system efficiency Produce clear documentation including business requirements, process flows, and training materials Required qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust designation Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software applications Experience with Agile software delivery teams using Scrum or SAFe methodologies Proficiency in collaboration and requirements management tools such as Jira or Confluence
