We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12 month duration focusing on a key project to transform our code creation process and technology. This role resides within the Data Center of Excellence group and the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of master data management principles, as well as a strong background in requirements gathering, solution design and data profiling.The successful candidate will have the ability to drive common understanding between business and technology stakeholders as we move through design, solutioning, testing and hypercare.
Tasks include:Project management support and documentationCreate design documentsCreate/adjust: SOPs, Work instructions, process flows, playbooksPerform Data mappingPerform Data validationWrite test scriptsBusiness Analyst testing (Data Quality Assurance)UAT LeadKey hyper care leadRequired Qualifications:Must have: Master Data Acumen (taxonomy, data modeling, data governance, data literacy tools)Data profiling skills: Advanced ExcelRequirements gathering skillsetStrong Communication skills (written & verbal)Nice to have:Data profiling skills: SQLChange Management ExperienceExperience with tools: Collibra, SAP, PEGA, Service nowBeauty/Consumer Goods industry experienceRequired Skills: SAP, SQL.
