Business AnalystThe Business Analyst responsibilities within the company include:Demonstrating service delivery excellence by creating and maintaining high-quality deliverables for clientsContributing and leveraging our client's knowledge base during the course of service deliveryMaintaining existing and creating new relationships at the client siteIdentifying potential opportunities for work at existing clientsLeading small teams of consultants to support larger projectsIncreasing domain and consulting knowledge through self-study, on-line training and class room trainingQualifications:Domain experience in Business Analysis is required. 3-4 years of experience is required in the following activities:Working with business users to help identify and document features and product requirementsEliciting business, user and system requirements using techniques such as facilitated workshops, user task analysis and focus groupsAnalyzing and documenting the requirements using client templates such as Process Flows, Use Cases Models and System Requirement Specifications and User StoriesSpecifying functional and non-functional system requirementsValidating the requirements through peer reviews and consistency checksManaging the requirements through the software life-cycle ensuring proper change controlMaintaining requirements traceabilityLeading the requirements management process for a project teamWorking in RUP and/or Agile Software Development Life-Cycle processesThis position requires someone with:Strong communication (both verbal and written) skillsProactive and mentoring leadership styleExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent skills in the use of MS PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and WordPrevious Big 4 experience is preferred.Ideally located major metropolitan with airport hub: Nashville, Cleveland, Atlanta, Chicago
