With a nonprofit heritage and award-winning investment performance, they were created to serve and we are built to perform.Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst to support the Enterprise Customer Experience Program in delivering 'email' alerts to customer segments within various products across the hiring company including but not limited to gathering requirements, creating test plans, test scripts, helping in the execution of UAT and Business Checkouts and possibly in the Training, Communications part of the project.This role focuses on analytical work in support of business and technical projects involving requirements definition, user acceptance testing, and general application support.
May lead small projects and make decisions that have low to moderate impact on the business. Works independently on moderately complex assignments. Assists senior staff on more complex analysis and assignments.
Interacts with people across the business and technology areas.Responsibilities:Supports multiple projects and provides support to lead analyst and project managers on the development of business requirements, user stories and use cases following Agile and/or hybrid waterfall methodologies.Applies good communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to meeting project deliverables of varied complexityPartners with technical team to define the user experience and/or technical design ensuring end-to-end user experience meets business needs.Develops test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test cases. Executes user acceptance testing – testing all areas of the project with focus on quality assurance to find all errors before implementation. Performs business production checkouts during releases (which can include some evenings and weekends).Supports change adoption working with Learning and Development and cross-functional teams.
This may include the review and/or input into learning materials including written and graphical content.Will monitor and/or facilitate project related meetings, document status and produced required communications, e.g., weekly project reporting.Provide day-to-day business support such as the involvement in the application entitlement process and research and analysis of complex problems where business and technical expertise is required.Qualifications:5+ years financial services experience2+ years project related experience including requirements, testing and other analytical functionsExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and conceptual skillsExcellent communication (written and oral), with leaders and peers, facilitation, interpersonal and collaborative skillsSelf-directed, self-starter, and motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksAbility to work well on cross functional project teams including IT and business subject matter expertsProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft toolsExperience with Agile methodology preferredBachelor's degree required; equivalent work-related experience may compensate for certain requirementsAdditional InformationHubertTechnical RecruiterTrueBridge Resources, Charlotte, NC
