Business AnalystClient is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide partnering support and lead establishment of a new digital LIMS capability within our East Coast early discovery research community.In support of the Client or Celgene Integration, IT has recently deployed a COTS LIMS system for the Thematic Research Center (TRC) teams to capture experimental data from laboratory instruments, perform analyses, and create reports across experiments.The integrated digital capabilities enable sample and reagent registration, tracking of inventory, and instrument file management.The solution will also be used as an approved Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) for work enabling Client' Mechanisms of Cancer Resistance (MoCR) initiatives.Through a concentrated effort, Client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to provide business partnering support, stakeholder husbandry, change management, hypercare analysis, and coordination with technical support teams to establish the new capability within the TRC discovery community.The Senior BA will drive the realization of value from the new system; shepherding users out of the legacy bespoke solutions using excel spreadsheets, PRISM, and heritage ELNs.The Senior BA will also measure and assess the realization of proposed qualitative and quantitative benefits vs the original project investment targets; identifying gaps or surpluses.The Senior BA will communicate to Senior Leadership the overall success of the effort and propose and execute on approaches to ensure maximum value is materialized.Responsibilities:Work with Informatics team and scientific groups to plan Business Analysis or Business Partnering activitiesProvide business partnering support and management of the beneficiaries of the new digital capabilityCoordinate stakeholder assessments and management of stakeholders or sponsorsContribute towards and lead the Change Management Plan; partner with Informatics CM experts for training and onboarding needsMonitor and analyze hyper-care support needs; ensure support teams are focused on business prioritiesUpdate business processes and maps; reflecting the new "As-Is" stateCollaborate with Informatics teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholder scientific groups to understand the experiments, workflows, and datasets that are now supported by the capability. Understand gaps outstanding from the new capabilities.Direct or tangential opportunities for IT to enhance the productivity and insight of MoCR should be captured and documented.Identify instances where existing processes may be streamlined or improved.Asses the delivered value vs. proposed value; understand and communicate the value realization gap.As needed, devise and execute on approaches to maximize value.Facilitate corporate IT changes that impact MoCR and serve as an advocate for MoCR needsManage and maintain all requirements materials and traceability matricesDevise and execute a communication strategy in support of project adoption and uptake.
