If very senior candidates they can change the role/level. Good in documenting the reqs using Jira and Confluence and use agile PM using Jira.
Run scrum teams, do sprint planning, client facing role so communication skills are VERY important. Candidate should have good energy and speak well. Should be able to handle large meetings (20 people +). Multitask, take notes, communicate clearly, and collect requirements and do the work. Mini product owner/project manager.
Running agile scrum meetings, sprints. Safe agile working with big projects and handle both agile scrum teams and work with the clients, partners, and product owners. Should have energy. 3-4 years of experience is good or more. 6 is good or more but if they shine 3-4 is good.
Up to 10 is fine too. If they can draw diagrams that’s good too. Not architecture and design, but using tools like Visio, DrawIO, Gliffy….
