Strong knowledge of medical billing & coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, RCM, HIPAA).
Experience working with Java-based applications and API integrations. Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in Agile teams. Strong proficiency in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Skills:Experience with EHR/EMR systems. Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data migration strategies. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools.Education & Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Biller (CPB), or similar certification is a plus. Agile or Scrum certification is desirable.
