Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst and Product Commercialization Lead will develop epics, features, and user stories while ensuring that delivered functionality is ready for customers, including managing release communication and product documentation. Key Responsibilities Develop epics, features, and user stories based on product direction and customer input, ensuring clarity for the development team Own release communication and product documentation, ensuring alignment with shipped functionality and providing training assets for internal teams Track development progress and coordinate commercialization efforts, raising any scope changes or discrepancies with the Product Management team Required Qualifications Three or more years of experience in business analysis, product management, or product commercialization within a software product team Two or more years as a member of an Agile team, ideally in roles such as Business Analyst or Product Owner Demonstrated experience in authoring user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams Proficiency with development planning tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence Strong written communication skills for various audiences, including developers, executives, and customers
