The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can lead decision-making, collaborate with multiple teams, and drive innovation.Key Responsibilities• Assess current business models and processes to identify areas for improvement. • Develop innovative AIOps strategies to optimize IT operations. • Utilize ServiceNow to drive automation and efficiency. • Conduct advanced Data Analysis & Interpretation to support decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven business solutions. • Lead research efforts and present data-driven insights to stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend emerging technologies.Must-Have Skills• ServiceNow Platform – Hands-on experience with ITSM and AIOps modules. • Data Analysis & Interpretation – Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret business data. • AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) – Advanced proficiency in AI-driven automation for IT operations.Experience Required: 3+ years in each skill area.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
