Business Analyst 2The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) requires the services of one (1) Business Analyst 2 to support the Compliance and Quality Control (CQC) Division in the transformation of the Solicitation Review System (SRS). This position involves analyzing, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements for the migration of the current system—built on Microsoft Forms, PowerAutomate, Excel, and PowerBI—into a redesigned solution using Jotform. The selected candidate will work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment and will collaborate closely with the Senior Systems Advisor and business stakeholders.
