When you are called on to participate, you are expected and it will be a part of your job requirement to participate, whether the emergency occurs during or outside regular work hours.Job Responsibilities:The Business Support Analyst position is critical for the program and the duties will focus on managing, analyzing, and reporting data related to HIV care, specifically using systems like CAREWare and VHN (Virtual Health Network) or Pantagonia to ensure compliance with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) requirements. The selected staff will be tracking patient outcomes, ensuring data integrity for federal and State reporting, and supporting clinical staff in delivering high-quality HIV care.Minimum Qualifications:Associate degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience related to area of assignment. Preferred qualifications: Degree in computer science, business administration, public health or another related field. Proficiency in CAREWare, VHN or any other Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or database as well as Microsoft office. Knowledge of HIV/AIDS care or other infectious diseases and data analytics/management skills.
