Bus Fleet Maintenance Shop Manager

First Student, Inc. is hiring a Shop Manager in Normal, IL to oversee maintenance operations and staff. The role supervises shop personnel and ensures safe fleet maintenance in alignment with the Location Manager.

The position offers $80,000–$85,000 annually, a Monday–Friday full-time schedule, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO. 5+ years of supervisory mechanical experience is preferred.
