Bun PrepAs a Bun Prep you will support daily kitchen operations by efficiently operating and maintaining specialized bun and dessert dumpling machinery. You will manage the full production cycle, from loading and unloading steamers to packing, sealing, and labeling finished products according to health regulations and Din Tai Fung standards.
