The Bulk Receiver is responsible for receiving raw ingredients in bulk, verifying incoming loads meet specifications, unloading raw materials, uploading all COA information into SAP and completing all necessary paperwork to meet Food Safety standards.Ways you will make a differenceComplete written documents for reporting the PO was receivedUpload all COA's and necessary documents into SAP for all raw material receivingUnload raw materials according to the processes designedOperate unloading equipment to send raw materials to storageMaintain cleanliness of unloading dock, well organized bins, and all pallets to be with correct labelsEnsure proper loading and unloading of trailersOperate unloading equipment to send raw materials to storageOperates forklift to unload and move pallets of product from bin area locations to the PSA'sParticipate and assist in weekly inventory process and year-end processResponsible for daily inventory physical counts of in plant raw and bulk materialsInteract with truck drivers in a professional mannerInspects forklift and wooden pallets for damage and cleanliness prior to use and checks forklift battery to verify there is water in the battery prior to useReport any safety issues, near misses and injuries with the forklift to the Inventory Supply Supervisor immediatelyCompletes quality & food safety system documentation and verifies compliance to program standards.
