Our Diesel Mechanics perform repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance in accordance with DOT standards on both our tractors and cryogenic trailers. Other duties will include maintaining shop parts, ordering and inventory control, tire repairs/changes, light vehicle electrical and some welding.

nMaintaining and repairing fleet tractors & cryogenic tankers.
nDiagnosing Mechanical problems & providing service & maintenance on tractors & trailers; as well as performing routine inspections.
nReplace tires as needed & maintain accurate paperwork.
nFlexible on shift; preference to one weekend day per week.
nSome travel possible.

nExperience & Education:
nPosition requires certification from a mechanic trade school or 2 years of related experience.
nDOT air brake certification and annual federal vehicle inspection certification
nClass A CDL with Hazmat/Tanker Endorsements is preferred but not required
nStrong Knowledge of DOT and Safety Regulations
nPossess own hand tools
nHydraulic system background preferred
nCryogenic and /or hydraulic experience a plus.
nPreferred diagnostic background to include Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Eaton Transmission and International Engines
nPrefer welding expertise with aluminum and stainless to include TIG
nProduct line knowledge LIN/LOX/LAR preferred but not required
nComputer literate.
