Charlevoix Public Schools Building Trades Home
Charlevoix Public Schools is now accepting bids for the building trades home. The minimum bid is $115,000. The house will be constructed on a concrete foundation so it can be transported when it is completed. Buyers are responsible for transportation costs, which vary based on distance and route.

Bids should be placed in a sealed envelope labeled BUILDING TRADES BID and sent to Charlevoix Public Schools, Attention Mike Ritter, 104 E. St. Marys Dr., Charlevoix, MI 49720. Bids are due August 11, 2026, at 2 p.m. The Charlevoix Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
