Department: Security Reports to: Director of Security Supervises Others: No DOL Status: Part-Time Exemption Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt
General Summary:
Responsible for receiving incoming product and equipment and notifying the appropriate staff of its arrival. Monitor CCTV and report any potential issues to the Director of Security.
Job Duties:
- Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
- Ability to learn the complex CCTV system.
- Report in detail any potential issues within the complex.
- Report any issues with alarm systems to appropriate staff.
- Surveillance and communication skills.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
- Contact Law Enforcement and Director of Security in cases of emergency, presence of unauthorized persons or other incidents.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills essential when interacting with Supervisors, Company staff and outside vendors and exhibitors.
- Experience working with CCTV.
- Knowledge of law enforcement and security practices normally acquired through participation in a protective services/law enforcement technical college program is helpful.
- Proven verbal and written skills required to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of Company personnel, promoters/clients, and the public.
