Building Operations TechnicianDenholtz is hiring a Building Operations Technician to help keep The Rail and smaller adjacent sites running smoothly. The Rail is a 57-unit apartment community in Red Bank near the train station in the heart of the town. You'll handle a mix of work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance, working alongside the property manager and a small on-site team.
