Building MonitorThe individual in this position will be responsible for actively monitoring weekend and weekday evening building usage to ensure district spaces and equipment are being used appropriately. Stewartville High School students seeking flexible hours, independent work experience, and valuable job skill development are encouraged to apply for this role!
Responsibilities will include: supervise community group rentals across district facilities, manage access to reserved spaces by unlocking and securing doors according to the rental schedule, ensure overall building security through frequent checks of exterior doors, report damage, vandalism, or other issues directly to the Facility Director, and communicate with Community Education as needed. Travel between buildings and perform additional duties as assigned by the Facility Director.Qualifications/Degree: Ability to interact professionally with community members, ability to work with minimal supervision, dependable, a team-player, and punctual, strong problem-solving skills. Beginning salary range: $20.00/hour.
