Monitors are representatives of the school and are responsible to maintain the credibility and respect of LAPS.The following are a list of guidelines, duties, and responsibilities of a LAPS building monitor / sponsor. The Rentals Coordinator will communicate with monitors / sponsors and coordinate all events.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the safety and well-being of students and clients that use ourResponsible for monitoring and communicating with event clients the operating parameters for the functionResponsible for enforcing the LAPS no Bullying PolicyResponsible for being on site and active for the scheduled eventResponsible for opening and closing the facilities, monitoring equipment and property, maintaining the "leave as found" standard this includes replacement of furniture or equipment and the general cleanliness of the area usedResponsible for directing the client if policies or unsafe behavior is being conducted by their groupResponsible for checking keys in and out to properly perform their job duty
