Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Location: Downtown Boston, 02111
Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire
Why Open?: Net new adds! New buildings in our client’s portfolio
Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri (7/8-4/5), rotating on call
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (full benefits, time off, etc.) - may include 5-10% annual bonus
Must-Haves
- 10+ years of experience in heavy commercial environments
- High rise building engineering experience
- Hands on with electrical, plumbing, HVAC
- Rooftop units, VAVs, chiller, coolers, basement electrical equipment as well
Plusses
- Any certifications
Day to Day
- This building is a large multi-building medical center in downtown Boston
- All of the buildings are attached by the 3rd floor indoors
- In charge of likely just one building that is 14 stories
- Heavy commercial work
- Preventative maintenance on large HVAC systems
- Need electrical and mechanical knowledge, however you will be calling in experts via outside vendors as well
- Responding to work orders that are all maintenance focused, but then you will call vendors for more specialized stuff!
