Building Maintenance MechanicApplicants for the above position must have strong electrical experience and the ability to perform general maintenance tasks as required. Preference will be given to those applicants who possess a mechanical background. Position will be Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.Key Responsibilities:Installing of new electrical components such as wiring, outlets, and lightingConduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenanceMaintain records of preventive maintenance tasksDiagnose and resolve technical issues with equipmentInstalling, replacing damaged or worn-out partsQualifications:Must have at least three years of experienceBasic computer skillsUnderstanding of good safety practicesValid New Jersey State driver's licenseThis 12-month position offers a competitive starting salary along with a complete medical benefits package, including dental, based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Local 32, Office & Professional Employees International Union, AFL-CIO (OPEIU).
