Rate Of Pay
$24.94 - $25.68 per the salary schedule
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. 2nd Class Boiler License. Able to effectively communicate both orally and written and work with staff, teachers, administrators and employees. Able to read and interpret building blueprints. Knowledge of standard safety procedures. Demonstrated ability to plan, assign and direct work of others. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on mechanical systems. Demonstrated ability to maintain, adjust and repair mechanical and auxiliary equipment. Demonstrated ability operating building control systems including Direct Digital Controls (DDC). Must have the ability and proven record of reporting to work on a regular and punctual basis. Valid drivers license may be required.
