Home Builders Institute Inc (HBI) seeks a Building Construction Technology Instructor to deliver hands-on, industry-focused training that prepares students for high-demand skilled trades careers. In this on-site role, you will teach safety, tool use, carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing concepts, and blueprint reading using HBI’s proven curriculum. You will manage a safe, well-equipped lab, assess student skills, and integrate work readiness and professional behaviors into daily instruction.
