Village of Maryville is seeking a Building & Zoning Code Enforcement Officer to join the Building & Zoning Department. The role conducts inspections and enforces code compliance to maintain safe, attractive neighborhoods for residents, businesses, contractors and visitors.
Responsibilities include occupancy inspections, select building inspections, complaint investigations, and delivering courteous customer service while upholding village ordinances and applicable building codes.
