Key responsibilities Support management by summarizing and advising on financial aspects to improve performance Model financial scenarios and advise on compensation to assist in recruiting Loan Originators Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial reporting for compensation purposes Required qualifications 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis 5 years of experience in mortgage sales, secondary, and financial modeling Strong understanding of financial concepts associated with mortgages Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel Superior analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
