This position assists with the monthly administration of performance financial management and oversights of the systems that support the administration.  In addition, the manager is responsible for assisting the development of information used for short-term and long-range financial planning purposes.Budget and Financial Performance Manager Position Requirements  EducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.ExperienceAt least five (5) years of experience in finance and/or accounting with at least two (2) years in budgeting, preferably in a hospital setting.
