Senior Director, Business Unit CFO
Location: Parsippany, NJ | Onsite ~4 days/week
We are seeking a senior finance leader to own the financial performance of a large, global manufacturing business unit.
This role will partner directly with the Business Unit GM and senior leadership team, with full responsibility for business performance from revenue through EBITDA , including planning, forecasting, capital allocation, profitability, and strategic decision support.
Key Requirements
- Deep experience within a large, global manufacturing organization
- Experience supporting a complex, multinational business unit or product portfolio
- Full P&L ownership from revenue through EBITDA
- Strong business partnership experience with senior operational leadership
- Broad cross-functional finance experience supporting:
- Commercial / Sales
- Manufacturing / Operations
- R&D / Product Development
- Pricing and Margin Management
- Capital Allocation / Investment Decisions
- Supply Chain
- Experience leading annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, cost structure, margins, and profitability
- Proven ability to lead and develop a global finance team
- Experience operating within a large, matrixed corporate environment
Background
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Large-company manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA preferred
- This is a senior business-facing finance leadership role. The strongest candidates will have operated as the primary finance partner to a GM or business unit president within a large, complex global manufacturing organization.
