BSDO Program Performance Lead (BSDO = Buzz, Squeak & Rattle, Sealing & Corrosion, Durability and Off-road)Join the Stellantis BSDO team and contribute to the development of high-quality, durable vehicles that meet customer expectations throughout their lifecycle. Our team works across all phases of vehicle development to identify risks, improve product robustness, and drive continuous improvement.We seek candidates who take ownership, deliver results, and work effectively in a collaborative environment. Strong engineering judgement, communication skills, relationship building, and the ability to influence decisions are essential for success in this role.The Program Performance Lead (PPL) will manage a team of engineers to deliver key program attributes for BSDO for the programs for which he/she is assigned.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Set and own all BSDO targetsWork transversally across Vehicle Engineering to plan, coordinate and execute validation and development activities.Define resource needs – including headcount and physical assets (vehicles, parts, etc.) – for the project team to include in the program budgetIntegrate all work performed by the BSDO teamSupport Advanced Program development by identifying and defining risks and critical design areas based on lessons learned and quality metrics.Manage milestone deliverables for each of the BSDO attribute areasBuzz, Squeak & RattleSealingCorrosionDurabilityOff-roadQuality In-UseOwn the BSDO scorecardPoint contact for BSDO with VSM, Advanced, Platform, and Tophat TeamsRepresent organization at governance updatesWork with CPG, ARDC, CTC RTS and DAQ labs for development and execution of BSDO validation plansEnsure validation of customer functional objectives related to BSDO/QIUEnsure the voice of the customer is met through competitive vehicle benchmarking and quality reviews.Summarize lessons learned before the end of the project and support the core team in updating performance standards and processes.Basic Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineeringMinimum 10 years of experience in product/powertrain developmentStrong understanding of vehicle systems and engineering development cyclesExperience leading teams of diverse backgroundsExperience in product development dealing with multiple foreign marketsAble to motivate and lead people that do not report directly to youExcellent leadership communications / people skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsComfort with both short- and long-term project managementPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in engineering and/or MBA5+ years of experience directly in Durability, NVH, Safety, BSR or other related vehicle attribute fieldsKnowledge of virtual simulation toolsVehicle testing knowledge, Durability test schedules, RTS testing, Data Acquisition methods and tools.Ability to productively manage changeBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: EngineeringPosted Date: 20/07/2026
