Supporting BSA/AML initiatives, the remote BSA/AML Program Analyst will manage project tracking through Azure DevOps, gather requirements from stakeholders, and coordinate project activities across teams. Key responsibilities Maintain and manage an Azure DevOps board to track project status, deliverables, and risks Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and support project delivery Facilitate quarterly planning sessions and develop project reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility Required qualifications Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management Experience managing a cross-functional intake and prioritization process Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and project tracking tools Experience with Power BI and reporting/dashboard development Experience facilitating quarterly planning and roadmap review discussions
