We’re recruiting for a full-time, 1st shift position offering steady hours and weekly pay. As a Brown & Sharpe Screw Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screw machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.Responsibilities of the Brown & Sharpe Screw Machine Operator:Operate Brown & Sharpe screw machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.Perform machine setups, adjustments, and minor maintenance as required.Monitor machine operation to ensure product quality and efficiency.Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify conformance to blueprints and quality standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Communicate with supervisors regarding production issues or machine performance.Brown & Sharpe Screw Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:Previous experience operating a Brown & Sharpe Screw Machine required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.Dependable with strong work ethic and ability to work independently.$24.00/hour.Brown & Sharpe Screw Machine Operator Benefits:Health insurance.Paid time off.401k with company match.Paid weekly.Direct deposit.Paid training.Type: 1st Shift, Full-time.Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (38 hours per week; no overtime).
