Brooke Pinto For Congress: Field OrganizerBrooke Pinto for Congress is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Field Organizer to help build and execute a strong grassroots field program across Washington, DC. This role will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers, executing canvassing and phone banking operations, and helping the campaign meet ambitious voter contact and organizing goals.The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, comfortable working long and irregular hours, and excited to play a key role in a fast-paced, team-oriented campaign. Familiarity with Washington, DC neighborhoods, communities, and political landscape is strongly preferred.

Strong ties to DC or the broader DMV area are a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, and manage volunteers to participate in canvassing, phone banking, text banking, and other voter contact activitiesBuild and maintain relationships with volunteers, supporters, and community stakeholders across assigned turf or wardsLead canvasses, phone banks, and other field events, including setup, training, troubleshooting, and follow-upMeet daily and weekly goals for voter contact, volunteer recruitment, and event attendanceEnter, review, and maintain accurate data in VoteBuilder/VAN and other campaign systemsHelp create and implement neighborhood-based organizing plans to expand the campaign's reachSupport visibility efforts, literature drops, petitioning, and GOTV operations as neededWork closely with the Field Director and campaign leadership to track progress, identify challenges, and improve performanceEnsure quality control and accountability across all assigned field activitiesRepresent the campaign professionally in the community and at campaign eventsQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to recruit, motivate, and manage volunteers from diverse backgroundsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to work independently, solve problems quickly, and adapt in a fast-moving environmentWillingness to work evenings and weekends as neededCommitment to electing Brooke Pinto and enthusiasm for grassroots organizingFamiliarity with Washington, DC, including its neighborhoods, communities, and local political environment, strongly preferredStrong ties to the DC/DMV area preferredMust have access to a reliable car and be comfortable traveling throughout Washington, DC for campaign activityFamiliarity with VoteBuilder/VAN or other voter file tools is preferredPrevious campaign, organizing, advocacy, or community outreach experience is preferred but not requiredDesired TraitsPositive attitude and strong work ethicCalm under pressureGoal-oriented and accountableStrong follow-throughComfortable having frequent conversations with voters and volunteersTeam player with a hustle mindset
