Broadcast Coordinator

Broadcast Traffic Coordinator (1-Year Contract)

Our client is seeking a Broadcast Traffic Coordinator with 2-3 years of broadcast traffic experience to support a newly formed local media team. This is an execution-focused role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing workflows, coordinating assets, and ensuring seamless ad delivery across broadcast and streaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and traffic advertising assets across linear, streaming, and CTV platforms.
• Manage ad inventory, commercial formats, and broadcast trafficking workflows.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of advertising and sponsorship commitments.
• Serve as a liaison between Ad Operations, Programming, Production, Sales Operations, and external vendors.
• Track assets, maintain documentation, and support quality control processes.
• Assist with reporting, workflow optimization, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Traffic Coordination, Ad Operations, or Broadcast Operations experience.
• Required: WideOrbit experience
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working within broadcast, media, television, sports media, or streaming environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

• 1-year contract role.
• Coordinator-level position with a focus on execution and operations.
• No marketing strategy, campaign planning, content creation, or brand marketing responsibilities.

The hourly range for this position is W2 $30--$32.50/hr DOE. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
