Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction - $180,000 - $275,000
Location: Queens, New York.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a prestigious team delivering major transportation infrastructure projects based in New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day coordination between field operations, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Project Manager experience in heavy civil construction.
- Proven success managing large-scale infrastructure projects such as transit, rail, bridges, highways, or urban civil works.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of contract management, scheduling (Primavera P6 or equivalent), and cost control.
