As a Brewer I at Anheuser-Busch, you’ll support daily brewing operations in a high-volume, safety-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include monitoring brewhouse and cellar processes, weighing and adding ingredients, performing quality checks, recording production data, and adjusting equipment to meet recipes and specifications. You’ll follow strict sanitation, safety, and SOP standards while troubleshooting basic process issues and escalating abnormalities. Working cross-functionally with packaging, maintenance, and quality teams, you’ll help drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and consistency across brewing operations.
