Qualifications

  • Fellowship training in Breast Surgery, new fellowship graduates welcome
  • BC/BE in General Surgery
  • Eligible for Arizona Medical License
  • Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
  • Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care
  • Visa assistance may be available for selected candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform breast surgery procedures, including lumpectomies, mastectomies, breast reconstruction, and other related surgeries
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as mammograms, ultrasounds, and biopsies
  • Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options, risks, and benefits
  • Ensure accurate and timely medical record documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in breast surgery techniques and technologies.
