Qualifications
* Fellowship training in Breast Surgery, new fellowship graduates welcome
* BC/BE in General Surgery
* Eligible for Arizona Medical License
* Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
* Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care
* Visa assistance may be available for selected candidates

Key Responsibilities
* Perform breast surgery procedures, including lumpectomies, mastectomies, breast reconstruction, and other related surgeries
* Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as mammograms, ultrasounds, and biopsies
* Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
* Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options, risks, and benefits
* Ensure accurate and timely medical record documentation
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in breast surgery techniques and technologies.
